[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu Electricity Board — Action not taken

We are from No:73,Janki Bhawan,(Pilliar Koil Street) Sardar Patel Road,Guindy,Chennai - 600 032. Towards Mtr no:[protected]. From TNEB no one will come and take the reading and we will call the Eb person to come and take the reading this wa happened for 4 times. This Mtr contains part of our one portion of Building and the tenant who is using this meter was vacatted and we given the intimation letter to the department on 4/6/2011. We used to pay minimum charges for the particular mtr. On 21st November EB people came and told that the reading came high and we are not paid the amount and they cut the particular connection. We went and spoke to EB office and asked them to come and take the reading again they came and seen and they accepted that there was a mistake happened and asked us to give a letter to AD and AE. We give a letter on 22nd November 2012 and 24th December 2012 to IIT Guindy E.B Office and we did so mnay follow ups. But There was no action taken for reconnecting the Line. We are Calling Regularly to AE Mobile No: [protected] and we are getting the same answer like she will send the person but till now no one has come. We also met AD and the same response from him. Kindly let us know whom we have to meet regards this. We got the new tenant who willing to rent the premises but how we will provide the place without EB supply. We need immediate action regarding this. So please kindly take a immediate action regarding this since we are running behind EB people and vexed very much.
