Dear Sir,
I have purchased gold jewellary worth more than three lakhs from M/s Sagar & co. Preet Vihar, Delhi vide invoice no. DET/CM/6317 dated 26/11/2011. I am regular customer of your brand with Anuttara card no.[protected]. To my dismay, out of two bangles code no. 511098VKTR1AP1 (22 karat), one was found to be screw free at the end & rod bent which was shown to salesman on 26/11/2011 itself. They advised us to come on 27/11/2011 & on 27/11/2011, showroom manager asked his Karigar Sh. Sahdev available with the showroom to attend both the bangles. The same were attended & one was made defective with screw closing too tight at the end & other bangle screw totally free & come out. When we protested as instead of getting it rectified, complete set has been made useless besides mental agony. They told us to come back on 28/11/2011 due to heavy rush at showroom & we will send the both bangles at Banglore head office for repair.
I am nowhere at fault & trust the brand. Despite repeated immediate & afterwards complaints, both the bangles were made useless & are being sent to yours for necessary repairs on 28/11/2011.
I would request that immediate action may please be taken to rectify the fault or send back the money value at the earliest to avoid any further harassment to us.
