We went to Tanishq on out wedding day and purchased few products. Withing couple of week of buying one of the product broke.No mis handling was done. Just simply took it out to wear and it broke. Also on the day of the purchase they did not redeem the points that had been acumulated from my previous purchase. Very cooly after the billing was done I was told they forgot to redeem will do it next time ,this is a good enought amt. not 1 Re or 100 Re in thousands
I also wanted a particular product an earing which they refused to sell just because they did not have a tag we were in a hurry and told them just find it fast and we will buy there answer was we cannot find it fast so do not buy the product. you are telling a customer not to buy a product that she really wants.
After all the complaints I made they came back and told me they were able to locate the product that did not have a tag "do you want to buy it now". Dont you think it is ridiculous to ask a person to buy more of your product when that person is not happy with the things that she has already brought. You need to fix stuff before you can even think of other things.
they have no intension of fixing my broken piece. I brought it for an occasion and it is not accecptable to say exchange it no problem. That is a peice of memory that I have brought. The manager has no idea or the customer team has no Idea about the emotion part that goes into selling a jelewlly in india. IF you do not understand this you should not be selling Gold as a product in the market.
I have been a great fan of tanishq desing but to know that they do not stand behind there product if broken they are not fixing and things like that . I will buy from other stores which bend over backwards to give service. I have also spoken to my friends and they all think that you guys need to change the attitute when you sell a product that is high end. We expect great service. otherwise there is no differnce between Tanishq and an outside jeweler
I need answer to these questions.
You need to fix my broken product
you need to redeem the points and give me my rightfull money
For all the pain and the time I have spent you need to answer me.

After a week or so the product that i brought broke and they are not even brothered about repairing it. I am love tanish and my favorite place to shop but this one experience is enough to put you off for ever . Something to think about for the person who runs the division.
There answer to all this when I complained this what I get in the email "As per our discussion on 18th of September. We have found your desired product readily available at the stock which is ready for billing. The image has been attached herewith, kindly confirm the same for further process."
They totally lost the point. What happended to the service, the broken product, the redeeming points . They just want me to buy more of there product. YOu will lose a customer and many more in case if you are not fixing this because I will be talking about this to all my friends.
