this is kiran. iam here to inform u that to extend the internet service because i had disconnected several times in between usage o[censored]r broadband services . iam using the 384kbps/6months tariff plan .iam not able connect ur customer care number too, that is 60607070. if any change in this number inform us.Tata Broadband — please see the matter

IF, I DON'T GET ANY STEP FROM COMPANY, I WILL BE IN LIGIAL
STEP, AND PERSON WORKING OVER THER DON'T KNOW HOW
TO SPEAK WITH A CUSTOMER, THE GTEAT PERSON NAME

TATA — Worst Service Sir provided
Sir,I am earning my livelihood from running transport business using Tata vehicles. During my latest procurement of Tata-1613 TURBO (Chassis Number – 373145GRZ124888, Engine number – 697TC56GRZ132590) , on 14-Aug- 2008. Against invoice number 3378, from Pasco Motors, NH21, Distt- Roopnagar. I have experienced a lot of mental and financial trouble.
The incident took place is as follows. Within 10 months of buying the vehicle, its fuel pump started malfunctioning. So I went to dealer, who in turn advised me to MICO Dealer for getting service[protected]. So I approached JAECO DIESEL (CHD), SCF344-345, Motor Market, Manimajra, Chandigarh. 160101, who is authorized service dealer for MICO products. They provided me only the repair of the pump and refused me for replacement for the pump. Whereas that should be replaced as it was giving problem within Warranty period. (Bill number – JD[protected]
Within 4 months of its repair on date 8-Oct-2009, I again faced problem with the pump. It stopped working, which resulted in my loss in business. I again approached the dealer and they denied replacing the pump. This was the worst service I have undergone through any dealership in my whole life. Afterwards, I came to know that the dealer have also provided me the wrong bill for the repair. The parts that they have assembled in the pump while repairing were not matching the bill, that they have billed to me. The parts in the bill were costly than the ones they have actually used in pump. Part number Cam Plate used in pump is [protected] and the part number for which I was billed is [protected]. When I asked for the explanation for this they not only abused me, but also manhandled me with his associates. And refused to pay me the extra amount that the charged tome. I never expected this type of service from a reputed company’s service dealer.
Kindly look into the matter, so that our relationship shall continue as a true friend (your company being, my source of lively hood, I shall be highly Obliged.)

Tata Broadband — worst service
Dear siri am kunal kumar sah from pune,i am the customer of tata indicom broadband service since 5 month in Pune,i have a worst experience with the service provide by tata,i have complain to customer 5 times in a week,the service is there maximum 2 or 3 day in a week and when a call to customer care they give us the time of 24 hr and now its 6 hr,every night the service is not there available, either the server is down or some technical fault that is am not aware,sir i am totally irritated about the service provided by TATA INDICOM.and i am just waiting for one more moth as i have paid the money in advance for the service.....

as i had prepaid my bill, and required month is compled though not responce from the compnay,and i submitted modam and cable though bill cycle also a start.

Hi this is Iqbal Hussain from chennai, My User Id : [protected]@vsnl.net & My mobile no:[protected]. i m using ur flash 256 unlimited broadband connection past 1 yr. its very very gud in the begining time but from past some months i m facing lots of problem bcoz o[censored]r irregular connection. from past 2 wks i m not able to connect internet regularly , several times i complaint regarding this connectivity issues but no proper response from the customer care. complaint no's: 12717972 , 12723870, 12742418, 12765880 etc etc. in this month more than 15 days i m not using the internet connection properly due to ur irresponse. & the modem is also not good. i feel that ur moto is not customer care service its customer careless service. plz try to response customer querys & complaints. & i wont pay this month internet bill I m Not satisfied with ur service. from comming month i m going to switch over to other broadband connection. I had lodged a complaint with TATA Broadband Services informing them that the Local Internet agent Hrishi has disconnected my cable since they have not paid their agency charges since January 2010. This complaint was lodged on 07.06.2011. I even informed them that I need the connection to be restored urgently since my daughter's result for SSC is declared online and also the admission process has to be done online. I had renewed my connection by paying Rs. 3500/-.Except for assuarances there is no response from TATA and neither are they ready to refund by Rs. 3500/-.
In addition to these they have already started deducting my per day charges @ Rs. 21/- day even when there is no log in from 07.06.2011.
Kindly help in getting my total amount refunded
Tata Broadband — worst service ever
I am a long time user of VSNL broadband right from dishnet dial up service for more than 11 yrs time. Recently 22/02/2012 i happened to log a compliant statingthat whenever EB gets off, my broadband connection is also disconnected automatically irrespective of my house equipped with UPS. When i tried to register a complaint, the service provider casually replies that their battery at their is very weak and so disconnection happens, and this could only be rectified when the battery is replaced... I am a online trader and investor and self professional, without internet most of work gets interrupted and incur loss also..

Tata Broadband — The worst service i have even got
I applied for a broadband connection in Dec 2007 and paid 12 months advance for a 2Mbps line from TATA. However from the time i have taken the connection it has been a painful story. I have been calling their contact centre, nodal office, appeleant office almost twice a week to get the proble fixed once and for all. However there has been no improvement in their service. A call to their contact centre makes me feel that instead of me paying them they have paid me to use their internet connection. Agents, superviors are on the verg of getting rude and NEVER have an answer to any question that i ask them. A call to the nodal officer does the trick all the time and the problem actually gets resolved i a day but i am always back to square one on the next day. At time i have had to wait for a long as 10 days for my internet connection to work.Please advise if any action can be taken.
