[Resolved] Tata Communication — Regarding Bill payment online | |||
Dear Sir , this is for your information that on 19th jan 2010 I had tried to make my payment towards tata communication for my business mail which was hosted and maintained by tata communication and the amount was Rs 1379. They charged 4times to my credit card and while I lodge complain for that on 19th of jan they gave me one complain no 11583646 but till date the case is not resolve from their end I havent received the amount which was they charged illegally to my credit card account. I had already send neat about 50 mail to tata indicom and contact with their rubbish customer care 100 times but the issue remain same. They just inform me same information again and again that "As per the feedback from our team regarding refund issue we would like to inform you that request is placed to the concerned department for approval."
