Tata DoCoMo / 3G Internet — connection failure | |||
I have taken TATA docomo 3G wireless internet serivice in 18/12/2010. and connection number is Number [protected] through their agent. Intially it worked for around 1 week and after that it got disconnected totally. It is showing connection failed. When I taken up with agent, they told your application form is not properly filled or you persons were not avialiable during their check up for residence proof , but that was not the case as my family is staying in residence for 24 hours. so again they got new form filled up and supported with all documents submitted again around 1 week back and this is sent to TATA docomo office.In meantime, I have made a complaint to know what is problem with original application.The complaint number is docket number 230277 , and waited for 48 hours as per the reply message. After 48 hours , i got the message , the complaint is closed and stating that they will improve the coverage, even without knowing what is complaint. Agent is also saying they are helpless and can not do anything. under this circumstance , I would like to know from concerned, two things. 1. What is fault in my first application ?. why connection is disconnected without reason ? 2. What happened to second application ? Paying 3000 rupees may be small amount, but the way TATA docomo is handing is situation is horriable without giving proper answers or service. G.Balaguru.
