Tata Docomo — 3g problem in 250 rs plan

hi, i today recharged my cel with rs 250
i got the talktime and the 2g is also working fine with the access point tata.docomo.internethvc
but i have been fooled with 3g.
as soon as i select the wcdma mode(3g) in my android ics phone
it does not select any network
if i manually click on tata docomo(3g) it says"either network unavailabl or sim not inserted"
customer care is not picking my call.
please help
