[Resolved]  Tata DoCoMo 3G — Regarding the refund

I was having problem with 3G network , I have launched a complain regarding not getting speed , They called me for that only they told me that the your staying having network problem so they told me to get back the refund , As i visited the outlet they told refund will done 24hrs only after that you not get the refund so called customer care told them they are not giving the refund they also told me that you will not get refund , I told why one executive told me that i will get my refund, They told that executive has provide you wrong information , I asked for solution regarding the 3G they told me as soon as network will be there you will not get the problem till then you have to wait , I told him that i have paid 1250rs for that , they told me that we cant help you use that , Then i told them without any speed how can i use the service they that not our problem. So tell what can i do?
