ACC — GPRS Not activate from last 6 days
07/07/08Dear Sir,
I have 2 no of your. & I am using it for last 1 year, but
At 1st of July 2008 I was recharge of 303 for activation of GPRS, After that I was send a massage “ALL” send it to 55100 for so many time, but I could not receive massage regarding setting.
Last few days I was regularly call customer care but due to rush I could not convey my massage, Yesterday my call was received but I could not get the complaint No because of network problem.
So sir pleas start my GPRS & also tell me what happen for service which I was not using last 6 day. Can it extended if yes then it is OK other tell me Why?
Kindly solve my problem & reply me soon.
