Tata Docomo — Activate the WAP service without confirmation & debited the balance | |||
TATA Docomo deducted my balance whenever i recharged my cell, they activate unused WAP pack without my confirmation & even give a proper answer on mail & on call, they kept my call on hold for 25 to 30 min at 5 times, In today morning i called at customer care no the lady who attended my call she deactivated my miscall alert service & told she deactivated Hollywood Sizzler service & she told you can activate miscall alert but charges will not applicable, but when i charged for same, she put my call on hold for 25 min. still Hollywood sizzlers is not deactivated. Last 15 days they deducted my balance unnecessarily. Please look into the matter, I already mark mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com at 4 times, but still my balance is not credited.
