[Resolved] Tata Docomo — after closing connection sending bill | |||
i had taken a postpaid connection of tata DoCoMo and was facing serious issue in their billing structure and was not satisfied with that so i thought to close the connection I paid my bill by online method and asked customer care to discontinue my services they did it. When I called my number it used to say "The dialed number is not available" after a month a bill of 424 and it was an immediate payment bill. I called customer care they said your number is still working. I was surprised and called and went to tata outlet a dozen times. And asked them to discontinue this. They asked me to pay the bill I neglected and said if I haven't consumed a ting not made any outgoing and not received any call why should i pay for this . Now I have again received a bill of Rs.842 and i don't have money to pay for it the customer care is not listening nor the outlet persons are............... If I have not taken any services nor put that in the phone even once why should i pay for it ...... Is it justice??????? Was this information helpful? | |||
