[Resolved] Tata Docomo — complaint against call center Executive | |||
i am ajay upadhyaya sir, i forward my complain to tata docomo care by 3G network problem since.09.06.2011 & But they register my complaint and say you are not alone Who is suffering, All consumers are suffering because of technical problem. They talk rudely name is "AJAY SAGAR" AND "RITU SHARMA" and have blocked my number on 121. The executive"AJAY SAGAR" AND "RITU SHARMA" said Internet users have been accrued suddenly,That’s why company is unable to tackle with all and our Infrastructure is not able to handle huge Internet users. This reason is just implausible, & information me you do not right use tata docomo network if you doing your mobile network setting manul than no network problem, Sir you kindly information me than my outdoor is 1 of 2 network bar than indoor how many network? Than if network setting is manul in indoor so network come my mobile. than possible you sent network technician in my home & check this, & I said many time this executive not close my complaint but SHE/HE don"t hear my word & close this complaint .
