[Resolved] Tata Docomo — AUTOMATIC START SERVICE AND BALANCE DEDUCTION | |||
Hello Sir, I am Pradip Pokiya . My Docomo Number is [protected] has been automatically activated Vastu and Feng Shui service when my sim is out of mobile. and when i insert sim in my mobile that time msg in my inbox...Hi! You have subscribed to Vastu and Feng Shui at Rs 2 till 14/11/2011. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP VAASTU to 155223(Free).. thereafter i call in 121 for this problem. he is not taking good answer... he say you send a sms to 121 for last three deduction. when i say i have this msg. but he has only one answer you send a sms to 121 for last 3 deduction...... second time i sms to 198 .... for complain... he answer me your mobile have activate a service so i would not return any balance which deduction..... tomorrow i have same problem my other number ([protected])when i insert sim in mobile a sms is shown :Hi! You have subscribed to Feng Shui at Rs.30 till 10/12/2011. To Stop, Dial 155223 or sms STOP FENG to 155223(Free). there after i call in 198 for complain.... so balance in my mobile has return.....but till date my no. [protected] has deducted 2 RS. but not refund my balance.... So, how can you activate service automatically..... please give me answer for this balance deduction.......
