Tata Docomo — balance is deducting continuously

hi my name is vinod kashyap from 2-3 months my balance is deducting continuosly a message comse to me "Your account does not have
sufficient balance to make this call -
TATA DOCOMO". and when i check my balance, it goes to 0.
customer care also dont know why my balance is deduction , i have no subsribcription pack active. please do something they have eaten 200-300 rs in these 2 months, i am a student and they are deducting my balance. thank you. my number is [protected]

Please be informed that the charges have been levied correctly for the Game pack. Hence, we are unable to refund the amount. Also be informed that you can call *191# in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.
