[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Regarding Prepaid to Postpaid Migration | |||
I, Venu Madhav bearing Tata Docomo Phone Number [protected] bring you the following few lines for your necessary action please. I have raised a request with Tata Docomo in Sri Varsha Technologies situated at Vijayapuri Colony, Tarnaka, Secundrabad for Prepaid to Postpaid migration on 28th January 2012 with a resolution commitment within 1 week. The Agent by Name S. Srinivas has taken the activation charges of Rs. 350/- and has provided a new SIM card. The new SIM card got activated on 30th Jan, 2012 to which I got a request number RID No.[protected]. From 30th Jan to till date my connection to Postpaid has not been migrated. I have approached the agent Mr. Srinivas, telephoned care numbers [protected], [protected], 121 & even raised a complaint over mail to [protected]@tatacocomo.com but no proper response has been provided. A complaint number GPPM07146892 has been generated but no there is no status of the complaint. I have been using Tata Docomo from the date of launch of this Network.
