Tata Docomo — Amount debited without my knowledge | |||
Team, This is to inform you that the amount has been debited from my account without my knowledge, when asked customer care, in respond I got the answer stating that I asked them to active the service, but the fact is they activated the service without my knowledge. Let me tell you in brief, I have recharged my mobile ( [protected] ) on 2nd May 2012 for Rs. 150 and got a talk-time of Rs. 140. The very next day I got a call from Tata DOCOMO, the Customer rep. was talking, talking and talking, he never bothered whether the customer is listening or not and suddenly the call got disconnected. Couple of minutes later I was shocked to see that Rs. 95 was debited from my balance. When asked customer care about it, they replied that you have activated the 3G Data service for Rs. 95. I asked him without any confirmation from the customer how can you debit the amount, he just gave me the lame answer that it has been activated from your end and nothing can be done now. when I screwed him up, he at last raised it as a complaint and assure me that the amount will get riembursed within 48 hrs. I waited two days and again rang them up asking why the amount not credited till yet. that fellow answered that no complaint has been raised as such. I was shocked to hear that, I just wondered what kind of service been given to the customer, worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. I asked him the connect to his team lead, I was ON HOLD for more than half an hour and at last the call got connected to the floor supervisor name Shekhar. He assured me to wait another 48 hours, nothing has happened. I request you to kindly escalate this to the higher authority and get it resolved at the earliest.
