Tata Docomo — Amount deducted without any information. | |||
Dear sir/ Madam, It seems twice happen with me, actually i am using TATADOCOMO no. which is [protected] earlier couple of week tata docomo customer care has deducted my mail account amount of approx Rs.80/- and i have given complain to tatadocomo consumer care but after several time calling there was no response after two days continue calls at last somebody has picked my call i have inform that "why my amount has deducted but they have give very silly answer and ask me to login tour complain in tatadocomo and disconnected, again just yesterday i have again recharge my mobile of Rs. 50/- after one call when i saw my account it was again deducted approx Rs. 40/- again i have called to costumer care it happen with me the same thing please do something for it and save my money. kindly refund my money .
