Tata Docomo — Automatically subscribing to alerts and charging money | |||
Hi, My name is Chandra Reddy from Hyderabad. I have got a Tata Docomo Prepaid SIM card with the number [protected]. The service provider automatically subscribing what ever the alerts available to and deducting the amount. They have deducted almost like 7 times as of now from March. I have mad 7-8 complaints and customer care guys do not respond properly and showing like it is an Server and have given 10 rupees. So i want to take it legal, because error do not happen all the time. Please suggest me what i have to do, if i want to proceed legally.
