[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Asking for Documents again & again ([protected]) | |||
I received sms last evening on my mobile no [protected] by mentioning that "Sorry, ur details do not match with our records. Please re submit it". So I would like to ask u people how many times will u ask for documents. U people already ask me twice with in five months & my number was disconnect for more than a week even after submission of documents. Why ur network provider is asking document again & again. A person can be provide document on time & guys r disconnection his running no even with out his fault. Its ur fault If my documents was not complete than why did u accepted it? & why my no activated again since last 3-4 months? What kind of customer service u people are giving? Please advice me what should I do? I am very tiered of submitting documents & running after it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Surprise Surprise...
Dear reader for your kind information, I am in need to re-activate my number urgently. Even though its mistake from TATADOCOMO I had been to TATADOCOMO's office here in AP Circle, Vijayawada City & Location Eluru Road. I was surprise after hearing that I had said my verification name wrong apart from that I was ready to re-submit my Identity once again but they don't have re-submission form. Ha ha what a joke, initially they disconnecting with customer fault now even ready to submit application once again they don't have application form. Can some one tell me what should I do in this case? I already submitted my documents twice & earlier my number was barred for almost ten days. Really I am very tiered of this Docomo. Here in DOCOMO office they are I must submit my document once again, Is there is any other way to submit documents?

Still no one get in touch with me. But right now my sim is active, but m not sure about for how many days.
One more thing Docomo promise me to give some special offers, still that offer also has to come. I guess they surprise me by blocking my no.
I don't know how to describe such kind of customer service?
