[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Auto renewal of gprs pack | |

I would like to register a complaint for my no. [protected].
On September 28th, 2013 I activated a Rs15 GPRS pack on my no. which was scheduled to expire on 30th October. In the morning of 30th I got a message from tata docomo "Hi your gprs pack of 15 will be auto renewed after 1 day, to stop dial 155223" Therefore I called this no. but the computer operator said that there was not service activated on my no. Therefore I dialed customer care no. and told them about my problem, they said that we assure you that your plan will not get auto renewed on next day i.e.[protected].
But on October 1, 2013 I got a message stated as "Hi! subscription to gprs15 has been auto renewed upto 4 october, to stop dial 155223. REF ID 19734213 " I complained to the customer care but again there response was unsatisfactory. They replied in the same manner that my gprs pack wont be renewed.
From that day onward to today my gprs15 has been renewed three times. REF ID19053602
When my balance was below Rs15 it didnt got renewed, but as soon as I recharged my no. with Rs 50 on[protected] my balanced again got deducted, adding in total a loss of Rs.=15+15+15+15=60.
kindly take a proper action and return my Rs60 as well as this auto renewal.
