Tata Docomo — AUTOMATIC ACTIVATION

I am getting message from NETWAP that subscription to NEWS has been renewed and deducting Rs 1 every day i don't know how it has been activated. i complained about it in customer care but no response i get. i have lost much money on this.
plz deactivate this and give me reason why it is activated automatically.
