Tata Docomo — Automatic deduction of 50 rupees for unknown services

Every month TATA DOCOMO automatically activates some unwanted services and deduct money from account balance. When I call customer care , they say that the services are activated by me. Also they don't allow START DND to be sent to1901. Sir, I m very depressed from last few days and I am thinking of writing a paper article against TATA DOCOMO. They are really cheaters.
