My mobile number is [protected]. Tata docomo deducted 30 rs on 25 october 2012 from my main balance as mtv facts. I always get glash messages from tata docomo. Kindly stop these flash messages and refund me my balance

I or my any family member have never opted for any value added suscription. But time and again some money is deducted for one or another subscription. This is a crime & service providing companies should ensure that no such act is done.
