SIR /MAM I AM USING 2 NO.(s) OF TATA DOCOMO . I BUY THESE NUMBERS AFTER LISTENING ABOUT DOCOMO BEST SERVISE AND SUPPORT. BUT ACCORDING TO MY WELL EXPERIENSE IT HAS WORST SERVISE AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. YOUR DRAW BACKS ….. 1. NON REFUND OF WRONGLY DEDUCTED BALANCE ( NO MATTERS HOW MUCH SMALL ITS AMOUNT IS ) 2. NON EXPERIENSED CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES @ 198 COMPLAIN NO. ( EVERY TIME I CALL THEY GIVE DIFFERENT REASONS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM ) 3. NON AVAILABLITY OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE SECOND TIME IN A TIME (I CONTACTS 3 DAYS AND AFTER THAT I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM EVEN AFTER 2 WEEKS ) 4. BEST SOLUTION FROM THEM IS “ CALL US AFTER 4 HOURS HERE IS SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM “ SINSE THEY KNOW THAT WE CANT CONTACT THEM AGAIN 5. CANT USE NET AT 0 BALANCE (I DON’T KNOW WHY ? ) WHILE IT MUST BE AVAILABLE . BECOUSE SOME TIME DUE TO UNCONSERN WE CALL AND BALANCE RECHEASE BELOW 1 RUPEE AND WE CANT GET RECHARGE COUPON AT THAT TIME OR PLACE . DUE TO UNAVAILABLITY OF NET WE CANT DO ONLINE RECHARGE TOO..
