[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Balance deducted while surfing on net whereas i have free internet pack.

I am using Tata Docomo sim card having MB. number [protected]. i have recharge with rs. 250 on 31/08/2013 in which i got talk time of rs 222 and 1GB 3G data with a validity of 30 days and i am using internet on 4 September 2013 and a balance of rs 143 deducted from my talk time whereas i have 4.35 MB data still left in my account even after that deduction so there is not any reason for that deduction. for that i have made contact with customer care center but they said u have opened internet chargeable whereas i haven't opened that sites. please look into that matter and resolve my complaint as soon as possible....
