Tata Docomo — Balance deduction without reason | |||
Im laxmiprasad here, This is to bring to your notice that Tata Docomo people deducting my balance Unnecessariry without reason. When I call to the customer care people, they Are giving me stupid reasons like you have downloaded this n that. Then They are blocking my calls to the customercare whole day. None of the ppl Giving me correct reason.If docomo ppl do so whom should I cantact. Im really fed up. I know to use internet very well and I have been Using internet since 10 years. So no need docomo ppl to teach me about Internet. If need more info i can tell u. I request you to kindly take necessary action for This kind of behaviour. Thank u. Tata Docomo — balance deduction without information
I continously calling last 2 hrs but no one customer care executive of tata docomo attaining my call, tata docomo service deduct my balance and now they do not attain my call now i want to change my service provder please no one use this service my mobile no. is [protected]Tata Docomo — Deducted balance without notice
on 1st May, i was deducted 60 rupees from my mobile .. reason not clear... evening i made call to customer care but not connected after that next day morning i made a call to customer care . one executive told that there was some problem in out system,we cant help you regarding this inquiry call back after 3hrs..i called to customer care but not connected whole day but i tried 20to 25 time but no use . see how reckless they are.. even not responding to me.. so what i have to do.. please give a suggestion.. and give me refund of my balance of 60 Rs. earliest... Tata Docomo — No reasons given for balance deduction
I bought a tata docomo recharge coupon of Rs 20 from a shop on 20th september 2011.As tried to do the recharge from the coupon to my surprise it showed that the coupon has been used earlier.Although i my self scratched it used it for the first time.But it still showed that it has been used earlier.After this i went to the shopkeeper and told the problem then he contacted tata docomo representatives through the help line..To my shock they told that this coupon has been used by my number.But when i checked my balance there was'nt any increment.And now the shopkeeper also saw a chance to get out of this matter and now its between you and the company.Though i still tried to contact the customer care and they said they are sorry now cant do any thing regarding this.This obviously was not the answer i was expecting.It utterly irresponsible and unaccountable from the company's part.And now no one will pay me the amount which i have robbed of from tata docomo.Because my definitely did not went for any of my purpose.It was looted and no reason what so ever being given for that.Even though Rs 20 is very small amount in terms of loss but its larger in terms of trust for a customer.My complaint is how come they can operate like this irresponsibly and strict action must be taken atleast for the sake of transparency and accountability in this country.The Serial No. of the coupon is[protected].
