[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Reg:Tata docomo customer care services | |||
I got a call on 24th oct 2010 from a person telling he is from tata docomo customer care [mobile number [protected]] and asked me to check my balance telling my sim has been blocked. I checked and found 30rs been deducted from my balance.he called me again, I said balance deducted so he said its tata docomo mistake so they will give me the balance .He said i just need to send to SMS ,one to 121 as JOIN and one to 54321 as BT [protected] 60.then I received a message telling i have transferred my Rs 60 balance to that number.I called him once again to ask him whats all this,he laughed and used bad language with me and also said "do what ever you want". To complain this matter I called tata docomo customer care, Instead of taking action on this guy they cut my call and refused to take my complain.Please take action.
