[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — auto deduction of balance

Hello,

I am Raghu using docomo since last 16 months numbered [protected] of karnataka circle. I am facing problem from last 2 months . every week or other some service gets activated. I have to call back on 121 and get its deactivated. this time with out using internet on 6th may they have activated some yuvraj tips. they have said that i activated by using net. Very strangely i was so busy with my brothers marriage on may5th and 6th. i was really feeling bad of the service at that point of time. I was customer of vodafone who shifted to docomo to build a portfolio of my total bill and later on to shift all my numbers to one service which gives me best service.

Network problem is heavily faced by me in bellandur area of bangalore. where i can only connect to any call only after dialing 10-15 times in prime time (10am-5pm). Really bad service of docomo. during that time i am now using my other numbers. They closed complaint twice but it never got rectified. really congested network. Money might matter but its not only the thing that matters for customers. if some thing goes wrong and at that point time if call does not get connected. it will cost the life. so reliability must be there.
