[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Not get my balance

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

On 18th of may i got a sms from tata docomo in that sms they written that i[censored] recharge with 29 RS then u will get 29 RS balance in 96 hour and also your call rate will be changed to 1p/2s. At the same day I recharged for 29 RS.I got my call rate changed but I still not get my balance.
I call many times to CC but they are making fool each time with a new reason.Finally I lodged a complaint in CC but they also not taken any action so what to do.(i have the SMS in my inbox which came on 18th MAY named as TD DOCOMO)
plz help me.
