I bought a Tata Docomo Post paid sim. For same they charged me 800 Rs for one time activation and 300 Rs for nano sim card. Its been 7 days the sim has not been activated. I told the agent to return my money as i couldn't wait any longer for activation. I havent used the connection at all as it dint get activated. Now after 8 days he is insisting that i have to use the sim and he will not return my money and will not close the connection.

The customer care has promised to resolve the problem in 24 hours, but it has been more than 4 days now and still there is no response from their side.
Please take necessary action and let me know if have to provide any information to take action legally.
