Tata Docomo — Non delivery of service and harrassment | |||
I took a Ipad 3G service from Tata Docomo for 3G speed data connection. The plan that i took was for 1000 rupees where i was promised upto 21 Mbps connection. On the connection, i found that the connection was edge connection only and it does not go to speed committed in my office area. I paid two months of service with out getting any service from Tata Docomo. Post that, i wrote to their [protected]@tatadocomo to cancel the service as i am not getting the service promised and asked them to return the money i paid. They confirmed that they received my request via many emails but still i get the bill for the service though i disconnected this long back. Additionally, they are calling me every time for collection of bill (6 to 8 calls a day). My numerous interactions with the tatadocomo team has not yielded results and hence i request you take this as a formal complaint against tatadocomo for its practices and service behaviour thanks and regards Rama Was this information helpful? | |||
