[Resolved] Tata Docomo — E-Recharge bonus talk time to Pre-paid No. [protected] | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I am Sandeep Kumar, Bangalore. I am TATA DOCOMO prepaid customer ([protected]) from more than 1 and a half year. As my talktime balance was less (approx. 10.00 Rs.) I got my mobile no. [protected] E-recharged for an amount of Rs. 510/- on[protected] at around 10:50 AM.and the Transaction ID is "[protected]". My current balance showed as Rs. 472.57 after recharge. As per the assurance given by TATA DOCOMO in their official website "http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx" If I do Easy Recharge for Rs. 510/-, I should have got TALK TIME of Rs. 585/- with unlimited Talk Time validity. But I have got only Rs. 462/- instead of Rs. 585/-. It means that I am under loss of approximate Rs. 123/- for the mistake done by TATA DOCOMO. Immediately when I called TATA DOCOMO Customer care at 121, they asked me to wait for few hours and the bonus talk time would be credited to my account. But it was not credited. When I again tried to call customer care, the call was forwarded and I was asked to mail my complaint to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com”. So on[protected] at around 05:35 PM, I sent a mail to “[protected]@tatadocomo.com” requesting them to credit back my loss amount of approximate Rs. 123/-. On[protected] at around 2:19 AM I got a reply from TATA DOCOMO customer care that, they regret for the inconvenience caused to me and would like to inform me that the bonus talk time will be credited within 72hrs to my account. Also requested me to kindly bear with them until such time. As per my interaction with them, my TATA DOCOMO number [protected] was to be credited with the difference amount of approximate Rs. 123/- (bonus talk time) within 72 hours. But unfortunately it has not yet been credited. When I again contacted 121 (customer care) on[protected] at around 7:10AM, Customer Care Executive said that no complaint has yet been updated and asked me to wait for one more day. Is it not enough that I waited for 4 days for the mistake created by TATA DOCOMO? But when I told to register the complaint, she forwarded the call to the TEAM LEADER and she also refused to register complaint. What's the problem to register the complaint when the customer insists to register after waiting with patience for 4 days? It is clearly mentioned in the official website of TATADOCOMO (http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx) that with the "E-recharge Voucher" (note: its not Special Tariff Voucher) of Rs 510/-, the TALKTIME benefited is Rs. 585/- with Unlimited Validity. But the TEAM LEADER of TATA DOCOMO Customer Care argued that I should have done "Special Recharge" of Rs. 510/-? Is this the way to mislead the customers? Is that the information given in Official website of TATA DOCOMO wrong? Is that the knowledge the TEAM LEADER has? Don't she know the difference between "E-recharge Voucher" and "Special Recharge Voucher" ? I never expected this from them. What so ever it is, I am very much disturbed. I want my difference amount of approximate Rs. 123/- (bonus talk time) to be credited to my account immediately. Hence I kindly request the concerned person to solve the issue. Tata Docomo is a cheater. I have also made online recharge of Rs. 75/-. Transaction was successfull. But the amount was not credited. Customer care also refused to lodge any complaints. Ultimately, I lodged complaints online. Their customer care is worst.
