To whom ever it concerns
On 28/04/2011 Rs 120 was deducted from my mobile currency balance.
when I contacted the customer care they said I had pressed OK on flash message which they have sent to me .
After convincing them that i had not pressed OK for any of their messages they said they will credit back the money in 24 hrs.gave a complaint no PGFG09078504
Today is 12/05/2011,still no response,when i call back every day its the same saying,it will be done in 24hrs.
Yesterday i received a message saying the complaint is closed.But still now the amount is not credited.
When i ask for the supervisor,they put me on hold for half n hour n later cut the call.I came to know that if a particular persons call the TATA DOCOMO customer care more that three times in a day his calls will never be picked and a recorded message says they are busy please write a mail.(ID unknown)
After discussing with my friends, i met a ex employee of the TATA DOCOMO customer care through common friend,he said they do it purposely and they wont credit back the money how much ever we struggle.
Just imagine Rs 120 from 100 person daily will make them earn a lot.
Worst than street beggars!!!!!!!
Such a Big company use these cheap tricks to make money.
RATAN TATA this how u make money is it?
Please friends its a humble request dont recharge your TATA DOCOMO For more than Rs150.
Kindly request you to subscribe to DNB (Don't Disturb ) List for safer side of your money.
Please do let me know is there any way to get back this money from these beggars.
