[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — unwarranted flash messages and repeated wrong deduction of charges for not subscribed service

I have complained at three times in last month not to send me flash messages to my number [protected] to tata docomo on the internet at listen.tatadocomo.com . I have registered to dnd 3 months back with service provider and complained to you at least 3 times in last one month to stop sending flash messages. also twice you have charged me erroneously for the b-town rock stars service which i have not subscribed . tata docomo company is causing immense mental harassment to me by sending these messages and charging me erroneously in the last one month. every timer i have spend my precious time and complain for wrong charging. i am forced to go to consumer forums as repeated complains against this behaviors of yours has yielded no satisfactory solution from your side.

I am forced to take these steps as repeated request have failed and you have send these messages everyday in spite of my complains.
