I had bought tata photon last month.Since then its giving zero speed and I hardly used it.From the day one I am complaining direct to the manager but they are just giving me excuses.I have already paid last month bill without using any services but before the starting of new bill cycle I asked them to disconnect my connection because I dont want to pay Rs750 without using my device or exempt my bill for this month as they have promised that it would start working till 30th of May.But whenevr I asked them for disconnecting my services they dont reply whereas they reply on other mails.I have a email chain as a proof for the same if required.Details of the concerned manager are as follow
