[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Cheating Customers - TATA DOCOMO (Offer showing in Internet is false Data and applicable Offer is different.

Tata Docomo Cheating Customers - Portal they have provided Offer for Prepaid after recharging those offers, they are telling those offers are changed from previous day onwards. I have recharged on net tariff reduce call rate 24/- pack on 13th May, 2011. (offer is 1 paisa/6 seconds both local & STD) that day i have tried to make out going call to STD docomo network. But it's deducting more money than offer. I have called to customer care, they said our servers are down and we don't know when it's going to up. When ever i called to ask some thing they will tell same this answer only.

I have informed Nodel & Appellate panel officer names: SureshKumar L & Sunitha George. No proper response from them. I got one response from nodel email address. He has deactivated VAS pack. I sent a mail to him for On-Net Tariff Vouchers - but he deactivated VAS Pack. I don't know what it that VAS pack. and credit 10/- to my account. I have recharged 24, but he refunded 10/-. then i haven't sent mail to Suresh Kumar L. Whether you know for which Tariff Vouchers (offer) i have sent mail to you.

It seems they don't know what they are doing.

No response from Nodel Officer suresh kumar.

I am not getting proper answer from tata docomo why they are cheating customers like this.

I have given complaint to customer care -

this is my compliant id's GBL[protected], GBL[protected]. They have closed without informing me. I know they will tell mobile is not reachable like unnecessary things like how they are telling servers are down, when they doens't have proper answer for customer questions.

I have raised issues to customer care, Nodel -Suresh Kumar & Appellate -Sunitha George. on 14th, 17th May 2011.

It's almost going to cross 1 Month.

I am listing as soon as from past one month, but still not completed.

Today i got a call from chennai[protected]. Again he is asking full story. What is your problem. I have clearly explained to him. Then he said he is going to reverser back what ever extra charged. ( as per 1paisa/6 seconds. then he said will give call with checking with backend team.

after some time he has given a call back to me. he is telling due to system problem we have not updated in Portal till 17th May 2011. He is accepted about this cheating/fraud. he is telling that's tatadocomo mistake only.

But he won't give extract charged amount to me. he will give only 24/- only.

they have charged around 190/- it's extra from my account.

Showing is one thing in Internet portal after recharging you are telling that's my system problem. If system problem closed your site till rectifying that problem.

Then i said that, i will file a case with TRAI and Consumer Court.

He said that it's ok file it.

What is this non - sense. Why should i take your cheating services mobile connecting?

You are doing FRAUD/CHEATING for all customer who ever recharged on those days.

This issues come in light because of me.
