[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Received itemized bill did not have details | |||
Hi, My name is Amar Rajashekaraiah and have prepaid mobile service number [protected] of Tata Docomo. I had requested for Itemized bill for Mar 2011 till May 2011 and was charged Rs 25 for this service. The received bill did not have any details like my name, address and just had my mobile number. This itemized bill was not accepted as proof in my company. I visited Tata Docomo franchisee near CHM Road and it was not useful. There is no response to my mails requesting them to re-send the bill with complete details which can be accepted as proof. I am really disappointed at the service provided by Tata Docomo. The customer care is even more pathetic, while talking with the executive the call will get disconnected and per day only twice you can call the customer care. The executives will never call back even after knowing that there was concern and while discussing the call got disconnected. I lost around Rs 700 as 30% tax of the total spent amount was charged. If the correct bill was provided in time, then I could have saved this tax. I have complete mail communication with Tata Docomo customer care team and I would like to request for compensation from Tata Docomo for their bad service, because of which I have lost amount.
