I did an online recharge on my Docomo number using my Citibank credit card. The transaction was successful from Ciibank's website but on Docomo website it said "Session Expired". I did not receive any recharge amount nor a refund for the recharge amount.
I registered a complaint on the Docomo website (Complaint number 309420) but it was closed without any resolution. I even gave them all the transaction ids and approval ids from Citibank's website for it. It has been 4 days since the failed recharge.
Oh, I also tried with my ICICI netbanking thinking it must be Citibank's problem. The same thing - amount deducted, session expired, no recharge give, no refunds made. Complaint number 309428 registered on the website closed without any communication to me regarding the same. This also, after I gave all proofs of transaction (reference number, bank statement, everything!)
