Tata Docomo — activation of supermodels club

Hello sir,
this is Ravindra from bhilwara rajasthan, i am facing problem of activation of supermodels club on my no. Which i dont want And they are charging me Rs.10 regularly. I informed my mobile service provider TATA DOCOMO,for deactivation of this service but earlier they told me it is deactivatedon my no. But still i am charging for this service, which i dont want. Now customer care saying they are unable to deactivate this services and i have to do on internet my self, but when i tried then failed to deactivate. It is really wrong with me.
So please help me and deactivate my unasked services from my mobile no.

i have the same complaint-free bollywood best scenes package, supermodel package..they are charging rs 10 without askinng the permission, what on earth they have rights to do this without asking the customer and stop sending dive -in of any sort.me pareshan ho gaya docomo walo se..so please remove me from sending this type of msgs...i want to include my number in DND but reply came u can not do so...I am thinking to change to some other subscriber...look into my complaint otherwise only ooption lefft is to change the service provider.
