Tata Docomo — Deactivation of "Sweet alert" and reimbursement for charge deducted | |||
I have a very urgent and serious complains. Some how one of the service "sweet alert" is activated in my account some time back. I wished to deactivate it......... i called to 155223 (actually calling for more than a month) but i found customer support has been set to some other language beyond my scope or a person residing in madhya pradesh is expected to know....... i was shocked how DOCOMO executives performed a genius act . Leaving all expectations from call center, i went to one of your customer service center at DB CITY MALL of bhopal.......... executive told me that server is down and he can not process the request even his phone to talk customer service support was out of order. This is history of more than a month. My talk value was deducted on 09 August and i got another SMS on 13 August mentioning renewal of "sweet alert" and its charge will be made 30 Rs withing 72 hr. In conclusion i have following request to you" 1. Deactivate "Sweet alert" services and all other paid services immediately. 2. Refund my talk value deducted owing to this service. 3. Put my number to DND services. 4. Provide me complain number for each of my complain to trace the status of the same. Kindly look into the request made above and respons me asap.
