[Resolved] Tata Docomo — fraud on gprs plan and improper information by customer care. | |||
On 14th august 2011 at 8.32 pm i made a recharge of rs 65 for 2g gprs on my no. [protected] . getting a balance 2.5gp plus my last 114mb of last recharge . Then around 9.10pm i called costumer care and asked about 3g gprs and how can i try it . the person in charge told me different packs and there details . I asked him that i already use 2g gprs . Then i asked him how can I try 3g or activate a low cost plan and he told me to use *141# but did not tell me that my 65rs plan which i activated a few min before will lapse down and i wont be able to use it any further , no information was provided regarding this any where else neither on net or on any retailer's shop . When i called the costumer care , they told me that it has lappsed down and they cannot do anything about it , i told that your exceutive did not provide proper information regarding the lapse of my 65RS pack and its not there fault at all . Its is total fraud as a normal balance is carried forward even a msg balance is to carried forward and no information about gprs is provided any where . Was this information helpful? | |||
