[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — de activate fusion lounge service

my name is hemant soni, using tata docomo from last 3 years, i m not happy with the network signals from the begning but now a days they have started deducting the balance from my prepaid number [protected] by re activating fusion lounge service. & after my so many requests they r not stoping the service.
Please do the needfull by stoping the service. Thank you.
