Tata Docomo — DEDUCTION FROM PRE-PAID SIM | |||
I and my daughter are using TATA DOCOMO pre-paid sim. One day I suddenly received a sms saying that I have downloaded international activation (for me) (for my daughter)downloaded "animation! LolaCorwin3" and deducted Rs.15/- every time. When i complained in the customer care first of there was no responce for quite a long time, then they informed that we must have downloaded/ we have down loaded which is showing in their records. I HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE. Can any body advice? I am planning to discontinue TATA DOCOMO. Was this information helpful? | |||

When i complained in the customer care first of there was no responce for quite a long time, . Can any body advice? I am planning to discontinue TATA DOCOMO.
