Tata Docomo — DND not stopped

well now where do i start? Well i am in error for having subscribed for a connection from Tata Docomo, this is one hell of a ride, On the 3rd Feb 2011, I had filed for DND facility, well then the 45 days process time matter comes up, right! but then it is 20th March 2011.and i am still getting messages, For example If validity expires today then at 12 midnight they can close your connection well this does not take 45 days. In the era of precise computerized feature management this is a joke the 45 days concept. The great feature goes one step further, when i try to exit the message it get saved in some folder , the folder get so filled up, at the end of the day the mobile remains glowing with a message to delete some messages. so in simple "they stack up and you delete" good, end result the mobile battery gets discharged needing recharge in the evening,. Call connectivity is another topic, there is poor connectivity. On the whole i am yet to understand what does Tata Docomo Intend by troubling the subscriber in such fashion. Today i regret for having taken a connection from Tata Docomo. If any representative reads this and tried to help me solve my problem fine, or else i have no other option but to deactivate this SIM.
