[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Broadband Complaint A/c No.[protected]

We would like to register our dissatisfaction with broadband services of TATA Docomo bearing account number[protected].

We are Extremely Dissatisfied with your services as even after repeated complaints you have failed to resolve the issue of broadband going down everyday for 8-10 hours for every 24Hrs of service. This reflects Gross Negligence & Lack of Customer Support on your part towards customers who go for Advance Annual Payment for your services. This downtime is causing and has caused our company Irreparable Commercial and Reputation damage.

Such Commitment on your part to provide broadband services is unheard of and was not expected from TATA brand.

In the current situation we are making complaints everyday and no person is turning up from TATA Docomo to resolve the issue which has been persisting from the last 7days. All they provide is telephonic support with no concrete resolution in site. The downtime is happening everyday at a particular time which has been brought to the notice of the company everyday.

Tatadocomo — dissatisfaction of your resolution

Respected sir,

I am a user of tata docomo prepaid card no.[protected] since last one and half year. but since last two months i have not satisfied with your service. The present complaint regarding deduction of Rs.30/- from my main balance account. On 8 jan 2011 i had activated free job offer for 5 days via sms. After 5 days without intimating to me you deducted Rs. 30/- from my main balance account. I called many times cusotmer care executive, but i did not get the proper response from them as i expected. Today i also called one senior executive sagar uke to redress my complaint but he also did not cooperate me.
My main contention is that if i myself not activated any service after the 5 days of free job offers on mobile phone , then why i should pay charges for the same. I told so many times to customer care executive that i did not activated any service, most of them agreed with my contention but because of system they could not help me.

Now my request is that please give me my deducted balance Rs.30/- refund as early as possible since i did not activated any paid service and did not used for my personal use.
