I have bee complaining about TATA Service i have been receiving a lot without any solution.

I need some on human to assist me with a query, i do not need auto reply tempates or the queries answered with regular template with edited with versions.

my account number is[protected].

I have been giving false information by your Retention Team that my line rental will be lesser to 750 from 1199 every month which i am unable to see.

Now my account has shot up to 2600rs unpaid which should have been 1600rs.

I have sent around 15-20 Emails so far, the account complaints gets closed without me being notified who raised the compliant in the first place.

I am terribly annoyed with the services and have caused a lot of discomfort,.

I have faced internet connection issues like Million times however never called once to complaint about that.

Please look into the matter as it is a lot of trouble to stick with you now, as i would not be making any payments now to this account futher.

Your collection team may be following up on this and i will be harrased to the core by them as they abuse and give threaten words and statements.

I am telling you point blank i will not make any payment to you becuase i have been conned by your retention team on this.

You have three days to resolve this otherwise i will buy another service from some other competitor and would not pay you for your lack of services and false misrepresentation from your side.

Tata customer care — False information.

Hi,

Just want to bring the incedent in notice. On 30 th june I found that my sevice (ph # [protected]) has been bard due an invalid reason. I called the customer care the resolution I got was I need to change the hand set as thre is some problem with the set (GSM deactivated). They told me this is the only solution for the problem I can't use the same hand set which I was using. So I bought the new Samsug hand set and but there was no help, I still got the same problem. I again called the customer care then thay told me I would have to reach to there shop the get activated the SIM.

I really don't understad where was the problem, whether is with the SIM or Hand set. I am really upset that am carriying two hand set. If am facing the same problem with the new hand set that means the SIM could be activiated with the old hand set also.

Requesting you all to look into the matter. Otherwise I would reach to cunsumer cout to file a suite against the customer care for the cumpensation or for the amount which I have waisted to purchase the new hand set.

Just check the conversation happened with the tell # [protected] with customer care.
