[Resolved] Tata Docomo — OUTGOING BARRED without intimation and proper reason | |
Hello Sir, I have taken a post paid sim card of TATA DOCOM by paying a deposit of Rs. 300 on August 11. I submitted all the required documents. But my outgoing and incoming have been barred on 4th September. When I called the customer care, they my address verification has become wrong. But no one visited my home nor called me when they made a visit. Without any intimation, they disconnected my services of outgoing and incoming. I requested the customer care for a re-initiation of address verification and gave an alternate number also. But till now no one has come and even my services are still barred. Hi,
I am also facing similar type of problem my outgoing calls have been barred saying that my documents did not reached.I bought the sim from mysore and now my office is in bangalore.I cant go to mysore to my retailer to ask him submit my documents instead i have already given my documents to him.This is not my fault.Customer care are not responding saying there is no alternate way.
I request to take intiative for the complaint and start my connection as early as possible.
