Tata Docomo — Improper SMS billing

As per TATA DOCOMO SMS Scheme, first 3 SMS were charged for 60ps/sms.
My days last 2 sms were charged for 5rs/sms even when the numbers were local (they were not international numbers either). I tried solving this issue with customer care but they were ignorant on the issue and helpless to my problem. I don;t understand on how a reputated company like TATA can have call center representatives behaving in such an irresponsible & rude way and disconnected my phone abruptly. On top of this Automatic answering machine did not allow me to make a 4th call to the call center.
