Tata Docomo — Company Policy | |
I bought TATA DOCOMO sim card 3 months ago, I already had submitted essential documents. After 3 months Company barred my outgoing call saying my documents had not recieved,I again submitted it to the dealer. Even after 5 days of submitting my outgoing call is still barred. They said company has not recieved my documents. I confirmed with the dealer that he has submiited the documents. When i visited local outlet of TATA DOCOMO in Thane, the people there asking for the brown colour packet which they had given at the time of purchasing. But who can keet it for 3 long months. So i don't have that packet. This number is very important to me, So i asked this number to renew it, and they are demanding 150 rs. more for reactivating the number. So i think company is cheating with the customers to earn some money. Beacuse they are barring the number after 3 months. In 3 months the number obviously become important and nobody wants to change it. So company is taking it as advantage otherwise Compnay should have informed customers in 7-10 days about recieving of the documents. My number is [protected]. Please take actions as soon as possible. This is the worst service provider ever, Whn we call to customer care for any help, First they help what is the date of last recharge, Now who remembers the date of recharge, I think company policy is too strange.
