Tata Docomo — Hello Tune forcefully introducing | |
From last December I am using TATA DOCOMO mobile service provider. On 8th of January they had introduced a "Hello Tune" in my mobile Nr. ([protected]) without my consent and slapped a charge of Rs. 45/- for that. It was so irretating, I stopped that very next day. But to my surprise, again yesterday (20th of Jan) they connected the same Helllo Tune to my mobile and again slapped Rs. 45/- to my account. Being a legal consumer I feel being cheated twice. In between I contacted their Customer care service - but of no help. I request your kind assistance to solve this problem. Was this information helpful? | |

I have also faced same issue but I was aware of Hello tune getting activated on my mobile. I got a call from their customer care service saying my no has got selected in some lucky draw n I will get free call me tune and there will not be any deductions from my account. So I agreed & activated same. On same day I got charged for activating same. So I lodged a complaint and got my refund. But i odnt knw why the hell they do this and force customer to lodge a complaint.
